1.1. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials and Online Courses made by Training in Eating Disorders are, and remain, the intellectual property of Jennifer Low and Sue Young or its licensors, whether adapted, written for or customised for the Client or not.

1.2. You are not authorised to:-

(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission;

(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course given

(iii) use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;

(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of Training in Eating Disorders on the Course Materials;

(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.

Breach by you of this clause 1.2 shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses.

1.3. In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited (7 days), non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Course Materials and the software in respect of the Online Course for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course

1.4  Once purchased the course & resources are available to view for 30 days.

1.5 The resources and PDFs of the powerpoint slides can be downloaded for your own use.

1.6 These presentations may not be shared with others.

1.7 Training is for clinicians only and not to be shared or accessed by patients

1.8 Examples contained within the training are for learning only

1.9 This training does not constitute training to practice within eating disorder
